Clean Up & Furnish SketchUp House Model for Home Assistant Dashboard Renders The ultimate goal of this project is to build floor-by-floor Home Assistant dashboards using realistic images of my home. I need a clean, editable 3D model that I can use to generate consistent renders as my house evolves over time. I have a SketchUp model of my house that was exported from Archicad. The current model contains too much detail (for example, the terrain follows the real uneven ground), which makes it difficult to work with and export. I'm looking for an experienced 3D artist/architectural visualization specialist to create a clean, polished, and realistic version of the model. Project Details House has 3 floors and approximately 14 rooms. I will provide: The existing SketchUp model. Photos of the interior and exterior as reference. Simplify and optimize the model while preserving the overall layout and appearance. Apply realistic materials and textures. Furnish the house to match the real furniture as closely as possible based on the reference photos. Some parts of the house are still under construction, so where furniture is missing, please add tasteful, realistic furniture that fits the style of the home. Create realistic rendered views that will be used as the background images for my Home Assistant dashboards. Deliverables An editable 3D model that I can maintain as the house changes. SketchUp (.skp) and Blender (.blend) files are preferred, although I'm open to other formats if they make future maintenance easier. A set of high-quality rendered images suitable for use in the dashboards. Please include examples of similar architectural visualization or interior rendering work in your proposal, along with your estimated price and timeline.
