About the project

I’m looking to have a small-scale collectible figurine created in durable plastic, no taller than six inches. Even at this compact size I expect a high level of surface detail—crisp facial features, accurate textures, and clean edge definition, suitable for close-up photography or limited-run 3D printing molds. You’ll translate my concept art (supplied as layered PSDs and reference photos) into a production-ready 3D file. STL is preferred, though OBJ with separate texture maps also works. Please model it watertight and oriented for printing, with attention to wall thickness so it survives FDM or SLA tests. I’ll review two interim previews: a low-poly block-out to confirm pose and proportions, then a decimated high-poly pass for fine adjustments before you deliver the final, fully detailed mesh. UVs must be laid out logically; no need to paint textures, just ensure seams won’t interfere with later painting. Experience with ZBrush, Blender, or similar sculpting tools is essential. If you’ve produced small-format minis or collectibles before, feel free to share examples—seeing tight detail at this scale will help me pick the right artist. Final hand-off: • Clean, watertight STL (and/or OBJ + MTL) • Screenshots of final mesh settings Timing is flexible within two weeks; let me know your typical turnaround once you see the concept art.
