About the project

I need a clean, medium-detail 3D STL of a traditional Hindu Garuda mural. I will give you a high-resolution reference image as soon as we kick off; that artwork must guide every contour and ornament you model. Key geometry requirements • Finished size: up to 4 ft wide (please keep proportions faithful to the photo). • Relief depth: 20 – 22 mm from the highest to lowest point so the model cuts comfortably in a single pass on my router table. • Toolpath-friendly: sharp undercuts are fine in the digital sculpt, yet every surface must remain machinable from a single top-down CNC setup on wood. Think clear draft angles, closed watertight mesh, and no non-manifold edges. • File format: STL only, ready for import into Aspire and Mach3 without further fixes. I will run this on a hardwood panel, so crisp feather edges and smooth transitions are more important to me than ultra-fine micro texture. If you already use ZBrush, Blender, or ArtCAM, that’s perfect—just ensure the exported STL respects the size and depth constraints above. Acceptance check 1. Mesh passes Netfabb repair with zero errors. 2. Overall width and max Z depth match spec within ±0.5 mm. 3.
