ESP32 Arduino-Compatible PCBA with Enclosure
USD 30–250
About the project
I want to create a branded MEGMA.MA control board that keeps the familiar Arduino UNO R3 footprint yet swaps the ATmega328P for an ESP32. The finished board must: • expose the usual analog inputs, PWM outputs, serial ports and full digital I/O • break-out every pin through sturdy screw terminals instead of header pins • carry an on-board battery cradle for two 18650 cells (3.7 V each) and an integrated 2-cell BMS • arrive pre-flashed so it shows up in the Arduino IDE exactly like a normal UNO-style target Because the unit will be wall-mounted, an ABS enclosure that matches the board outline, standoffs and connector layout is part of the job. I need mechanical files (STEP/STL) alongside the electronics deliverables. Deliverables 1. Schematic, PCB layout and Gerber/ODB files 2. Complete BOM with part numbers and footprints 3. Firmware image and concise flashing instructions for Arduino IDE 4. 3D enclosure design ready for injection-moulding or 3-D printing 5. Two fully assembled and tested prototypes for final verification Acceptance criteria • The ESP32 loads Blink from Arduino IDE at 115200 bps with no driver fuss. • Battery section balances, protects and cuts-off at safe limits for both cells. • All I/O points pass functional continuity and signal tests through the screw terminals. • Enclosure snaps shut securely and aligns with mounting holes on a flat wall. Altium, KiCad or similar is fine as long as the output files are industry-standard. If you have prior work that proves solid wireless performance on ESP32 plus reliable battery management, please share a short note when you bid so I can move quickly to awarding.
