About the project

I need photorealistic 3D interior visuals for an upcoming 4-BHK residence. The brief is clear: keep every space Modern while evoking a distinctly luxurious, elegant ambience. Your work will cover the living room, all bedrooms, plus the kitchen-dining zone, so the design language must flow seamlessly from one area to the next. You’ll receive floor plans, furniture references and a mood-board the moment we start; use whichever combination of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp or similar you prefer, as long as the final images look magazine-ready. Materials should highlight high-end finishes—think marble, brushed metals, rich woods—and lighting should feel sophisticated yet inviting. Deliverables • 4K still renders: at least two angles per room • One 360° panorama for the living area • Native scene files with properly named layers and materials Acceptance criteria • Realistic lighting and material fidelity when viewed on a calibrated display • Consistent modern style and colour palette throughout all rooms • Models optimised so they open without errors on a standard workstation Once the first draft is approved, you’ll refine based on up to two review rounds; after final sign-off, send the high-resolution images and source files in an organised folder structure.
