About the project

Join Tavia Modeling Agency in a fully-remote position focused on expanding and nurturing our roster of online talent throughout Korea, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. You will act as the key link between the agency, the creators, and our internal team, working in both English and your native language every day. What the work looks like You’ll source promising content creators on social platforms, present our collaboration model clearly, and guide successful applicants through onboarding. Once signed, you remain their primary point of contact: scheduling shoots, monitoring performance metrics, relaying feedback, and resolving day-to-day questions. Clear, timely communication with the agency team rounds out the role, ensuring everyone stays aligned. Essentials for success • Fluent English plus your local language (Korean, Japanese, Thai, Mandarin, or Cantonese). • Proven recruitment experience; familiarity with talent management or client relations is a bonus. • Good teamwork and consistency Deliverables 1. Recruit and register approved content creators 2. Manage the models profile 3. Weekly summaries to leadership outlining new recruits, active creator status, and any support needed. Compensation & structure Expect a competitive fixed monthly salary paid in USD, with performance-based bonuses tied to the amount of model regstered and growth of their profile . Everything is handled online, working hours is Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 6 PM Bangkok time.
