Modern Café Dining 3D Redesign

About the project

I’m updating a 10 ft × 17 ft dining zone in my café and need a detailed 3D layout that captures a clean, modern feel. The primary emphasis is on wall décor—specifically minimalist artwork that complements the overall aesthetic without overcrowding the space. Your model should illustrate: • Accurate room proportions (10 × 17 ft) this is length and breadth. I am looking to add a storage unit cum pos and temple table at the place where i have the temple placed and remove the current pos table • Furniture placement that optimizes flow and table turnover • A focal wall featuring understated, gallery-style pieces (no heavy textures) • Color palette and material callouts to reinforce the modern mood preferably white or beige in color I’m happy to review lighting or seating tweaks if they help the concept, but the finished file must include high-resolution renders and the native source (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or a comparable tool) so I can hand it straight to my contractor. Hand-off deliverables: 1. One overhead plan view with dimensions 2. Two–three perspective renders that showcase the key wall and overall ambience 3.
