Prototype-Stage Physical Product Design
INR 600–1500
About the project
i need a skilled product designer to turn it into a production-ready piece. The item is a physical product that, in my own classification, falls under the “Product Designer” category—so the brief is squarely about form, ergonomics, and manufacturability rather than software or circuitry. What I need from you is a full refinement pass: tightening tolerances, choosing final materials and finishes, and re-thinking assembly so the unit can move smoothly into tooling. Along the way I’d like photorealistic renderings I can show investors and early retail partners, as well as clear documentation that any factory can understand at first glance. Key deliverables: • Updated 3D CAD files (STEP / IGES and native format) • Dimensioned manufacturing drawings and exploded views • Material and finish recommendations with cost implications • High-resolution renders for presentations • A short DFM report flagging risks and suggested fixes Acceptance is simple: CAD opens without errors, drawings match the model, and the DFM notes address every major component. collaborate quickly over calls, sketches, and file exchanges, I’d love to hear how you’d push this design over the finish line.
