About the project
I need a series of photorealistic interior visuals of a 4 different types of apartment plans that will help me market a residential property more effectively. The spaces to cover are the living room, kitchen, all bedrooms, and each bathroom. Please model and light the scenes so they feel warm, inviting, and true-to-life; think soft natural daylight, accurate material reflections, and subtle depth of field where appropriate. I’ll provide floor plans, reference photos, and a mood board as soon as we start. Deliverables • High-resolution still renders for every listed room (4K PNG or TIFF) • Source 3D files in the native format you work in (3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, etc.) plus exported FBX/OBJ • Up to two revision rounds to fine-tune colors, materials, and camera angles All textures must be PBR-ready, and any purchased assets need to include proper licensing notes. If you have a preferred rendering engine—V-Ray, Corona, Cycles, Enscape—I’m flexible as long as the final look is photoreal. Let me know your workflow and estimated turnaround so we can lock in milestones right away. NOTE!!!!! I want this project done in 7 days maximum!
