Description
A single-storey American family home in modern farmhouse style: white board-and-batten siding, a dark shingle roof with several gables, a covered front porch with columns, a brick base and an attached double garage. Small porch lights glow at the entrance.
Technical details: about 42,000 polygons and 51,000 vertices, UV-mapped, with 19 materials and texture maps, at roughly 19.5 m across. That is light for a whole building, so it works as a hero house in real-time scenes or as one of several homes along a street.
Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D, the OBJ as a widely supported static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts) and converted it to these formats.
Ideal for suburban neighbourhood scenes, real estate and archviz concepts, open-world game towns and driving game backdrops.
