Digital Services Act (DSA) guidelines
This page sets out information relevant to the European Union's Digital Services Act (DSA), a set of rules designed to address illegal and harmful activities online.
The DSA applies to users of AiZity in the EU where our Service is available to them.
EU users — point of contact
For DSA-related inquiries, contact us via our contact form and include "DSA" in the subject line so we can route your message correctly.
Reporting illegal content
Users, trusted flaggers, and the public can report Content that may be illegal in the EU (or that otherwise violates our Terms) through our Report Content page. Please include the URL of the asset, post, or comment, a description of the issue, and any evidence that helps us assess the report.
Appeals and dispute resolution for EU users
- Appeals — If you disagree with a moderation decision (including where you reported Content as illegal under EU law), you may appeal within 180 days by contacting us via the contact form with subject "Moderation appeal," the URL or ID of the Content, and why you believe the decision was wrong. We will review and notify you of the outcome.
- Dispute resolution — You may also challenge eligible moderation decisions through out-of-court dispute settlement bodies certified under the DSA in EU Member States, or through a competent court. Decisions of out-of-court bodies are not automatically binding on you or on AiZity. We will update this page as relevant certified bodies become available.
Authorities
For Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services, submit DSA-related inquiries and orders under Articles 9(2) and 10(2) of the DSA via our contact form, marked clearly as an official DSA request. Please submit in English when possible.
Information on EU users
In line with DSA transparency expectations for services below the Very Large Online Platform threshold, the average number of monthly active recipients of the Service in the EU has remained below 45 million. This figure is prepared for DSA-related transparency and should not be used for other purposes.
