Description
A brass armillary sphere with interlocking celestial rings, a zodiac band and a small green globe at the centre, mounted on an ornate stand. Astronomers and sailors used these to model the heavens.
Technical details: about 18,000 polygons and 12,000 vertices, UV-mapped and game-ready, with one material and texture maps, resized to about 50 cm tall. It suits desks and ship cabins in real time.
Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D, the OBJ as a widely supported static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts), resized it to real-world scale and converted it to these formats.
Ideal for pirate ship cabins, astronomers' studies, Renaissance and fantasy scenes and science history visuals.
