Coloured Skull Base Human Anatomy 3D Model

An educational anatomy model of the human cranial base, the floor of the skull, with colour-coded regions that make the individual bones easier to tell apart. It comes from the Open3DModel project (AnatomyTOOL, LUMC and partners) and is intended for study and visualisation only, not for medical advice.

Technical details: polygon and vertex counts aren't listed for this model, so check the mesh in your software before using it in a real-time app. Texture images are included as JPG files alongside the model.

The download contains GLB, Blender (.blend) and OBJ files plus JPG textures. The GLB works in web viewers and three.js, the .blend opens directly in Blender, and the OBJ loads as a static mesh almost anywhere; reconnect the JPG textures if they don't link automatically.

Useful for anatomy lessons, medical-education slides, e-learning modules and interactive skull viewers.
