"Open3DModel - Exploded view skull" (https://anatomytool.org/content/open3dmodel-exploded-view-skull-english-labels) by Open3D project, Jan Kooloos, RadboudUMC, Eungyeol Lee, LUMC et al, license: CC BY-SA. Source files: https://anatomytool.org/open3dmodel-create. Based on BodyParts and Z-Anatomy.
Description
Technical details: the data does not list polygon or vertex counts, and the model has no rig or animation. Because the bones are separate pieces, you can reposition or hide individual parts to build your own teaching views.
The download contains GLB, Blender (.blend) and OBJ files plus a JPG texture. The GLB loads in web viewers and three.js, the .blend opens directly in Blender for editing, and the OBJ works in almost any 3D program; reconnect the JPG in the material if it doesn't link automatically.
Useful for anatomy classes, interactive cranial-bone quizzes, lecture visuals, and exploded-view study animations.
