Animated Plate Tectonics Volcano Formation 3D Model

An animated block diagram of plate tectonics: an ocean plate slides beneath a continental plate over glowing magma, showing how subduction feeds volcanoes. It turns a hard concept into a clear motion.

Technical details: about 19,700 polygons and 10,400 vertices, UV-mapped and game-ready, with six materials, scaled to 2 m long for AiZity's catalogue scale. It includes one animation clip.

Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D (it keeps the rig and animation), the OBJ as a static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts), resized it to AiZity's catalogue scale and converted it to these formats.

Good for earth science and geography lessons, plate tectonics explainers, e-learning and documentaries.
