Description
A traditional Japanese machiya townhouse with wooden framing, paper shoji screens, tiled roofs and an interior laid out with tatami-style floors.
Technical details: about 14,300 polygons and 21,800 vertices, UV-mapped, with seven textured materials, sized to about 10 m long. It was modelled in Maya.
Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D, the OBJ as a widely supported static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts), resized it to real-world scale and converted it to these formats.
Ideal for Kyoto-style streets, samurai and Edo-period games, tea-house scenes and cultural visualisation.
