Description

A small 12-storey modern office tower with a white frame and dark tinted windows on every face, standing on a square paved plot.

Technical details: about 9,000 polygons and 13,000 vertices, UV-mapped and game-ready, with eight materials, scaled to 20 m tall for AiZity's catalogue scale (real size about 42 m).

Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D, the OBJ as a widely supported static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts), resized it to AiZity's catalogue scale and converted it to these formats.

Ideal for city skylines, business visuals, urban games and architectural scenes.
