Description
A Soviet-era summer cottage (dacha) with red and green painted wooden walls, a corrugated metal roof, a glazed veranda, a chimney and a small porch. The author modelled it on their parents' own dacha.
Technical details: about 40,000 polygons and 76,000 vertices, UV-mapped and game-ready, with five materials and texture maps, scaled to 10 m long for AiZity's catalogue scale (real size about 7 m long). It works as a hero house or village background in real time.
Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D, the OBJ as a widely supported static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts), resized it to AiZity's catalogue scale and converted it to these formats.
Ideal for Eastern European and post-Soviet settings, countryside scenes, survival games and nostalgic film sets.
