Abandoned House Bathroom Modular Kit 3D Model

A modular kit for building the interior of an old abandoned house: worn tiled and plastered wall sections with wooden skirting, door frames, window openings, ceiling and floor pieces, and small props such as candles, a sponge and a picture frame. The pieces snap together into a run-down bathroom and adjoining rooms.

Technical details: about 62,000 polygons and 49,000 vertices across 39 assets, UV-mapped, with 11 PBR materials baked from high-poly sculpts. The pieces are laid out side by side, ready to assemble in your engine.

Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D, the OBJ as a widely supported static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts) and converted it to these formats.

Good for horror and exploration games, abandoned-building environments, eerie short films and interior level blockouts.
