About the project
I need a full set of architectural documents and visualisations created entirely from scratch for an entire single–family home. The scope includes: • Accurate 2-D drawings: floor plans, elevations, roof plan and basic MEP positioning, delivered in editable CAD (DWG or equivalent) plus PDF for quick viewing. • High-quality 3-D modelling and rendering of both interior and exterior spaces. I want photorealistic daylight and night-time stills that capture materials, lighting and furniture layouts so I can assess flow and ambience before construction. To keep the process smooth, I will supply site dimensions, zoning setbacks and a style brief on acceptance. I’ll look for iterative checkpoints—concept massing, layout approval, material palette sign-off—before you move to final detailing and rendering. Deliverables are approved when the drawings align to the provided dimensions and the renders match agreed materials and camera angles. Preferred tools are AutoCAD or Revit for 2-D work and SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or Blender with V-Ray/Twinmotion for the 3-D side, but I’m open as long as the exported files are compatible with common CAD/BIM workflows. Please include examples of past full-house plans and renders so I can gauge style and technical proficiency.
