About the project
I am renovating my shop and want a complete architectural-interior concept that feels unmistakably modern while keeping the palette in calm, neutral tones. The space has to flow smoothly between a welcoming display area, an efficient checkout counter, and a well-planned storage zone, so your layout must maximise visibility for products without compromising back-of-house practicality. My ideal package includes: • Scaled floor plan showing traffic circulation and clear zoning for the three areas • 3D visualisations or realistic renders that communicate materials, lighting, and overall ambience • A concise finishes schedule highlighting neutral wall, floor, and fixture selections • Basic lighting plan to accent merchandise and maintain the clean, modern aesthetic Please base the concept on standard commercial building codes. Original source files (SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar) together with high-resolution images are required so I can hand them straight to the contractor.
