About the project
I’m ready to turn a cozy, sub-1,500 sq ft single-family residence into a build-ready reality and need a complete architectural drawing package to submit for permits. You’ll start from my rough hand sketches and written brief and produce dimensioned floor plans, exterior elevations, one cross-section and a scaled site plan that make the most of a small urban lot while keeping construction straightforward and cost-effective. Editable CAD files (DWG/DXF) and print-ready PDFs are required; if you work in Revit, a simple 3D model generated from the same file would be a welcome bonus. Acceptance criteria: • Floor plan complies with local residential code for room sizes, egress and setbacks. • Drawings are layered logically, at true scale, and printable at 1/4" = 1'. • Complete dimensions, door/window schedules and basic material callouts included. • One revision cycle turned around within 48 hours of my feedback.
