Hyper-Realistic 3D Environment Optimization (ArchViz) for VR/Interactive Walkthrough App
USD 30–250
About the project
I have downloaded a fully completed, pre-designed luxury home 3D model from Sketchfab. I am using an interactive VR/AR application (similar to Enviz) to perform real-time virtual walkthroughs of the property. Currently, the model is fully furnished and designed, but it lacks the premium, lifelike depth required for a high-end experience. I am looking for an expert Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) artist and 3D environment designer to take this asset and make it look hyper-realistic. Your Core Responsibilities: Material & Texture Upgrade: Replace basic shaders with high-resolution, photorealistic PBR (Physically Based Rendering) textures (wood grains, polished marble, realistic fabric weaves, brushed metals, glass reflections). Lighting Enhancement: Bake or configure highly realistic global illumination, soft shadows, and ambient occlusion suited for real-time viewing. VR Optimization: Ensure the high-fidelity upgrades are strictly optimized for real-time VR playback (clean topology, texture atlasing, efficient draw calls, and managed polygon count where necessary). Format Delivery: Deliver the finalized, fully textured, and lit asset in the specific format required for my real-time viewer. Requirements:Proven portfolio featuring hyper-realistic real-time ArchViz projects (Unity, Unreal Engine, WebXR, or Enviz-compatible workflows). Expertise in PBR texturing tools (Substance Painter, Quixel Mixer, etc.). Strong understanding of baking high-fidelity lighting maps for real-time applications. Ability to maintain the exact furniture layout and structural design of the original model. To Apply, Please Provide: A link to your portfolio specifically showing interactive 3D walkthroughs or real-time ArchViz (not just static renders).
