Residential Interior & Exterior 3D Renders

About the project

This project covers a full design and visualisation package for my residential property. I want cohesive concepts and photo-realistic 3D renders that tie together several interior zones—living areas, kitchen, bedrooms and circulation spaces—while also bringing the exterior to life. On the outside, the brief extends to the façade, garden/landscape and a patio/deck area, so the final proposal should feel consistent from curb-side view right through to the back yard. I will share existing plans, site photos and rough style references as soon as the project starts. From there, I need you to translate them into detailed spatial layouts, refine material and furniture palettes, and deliver high-resolution stills as well as editable source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar). Natural lighting, accurate textures and realistic vegetation placement are essential for the exterior scenes, and the interiors should reflect practical furniture sizing and circulation clearances. Deliverables • 3D concept renders for every interior space and each exterior viewpoint (minimum 4K resolution) • Dimensioned floor plans, elevations and sections in PDF and DWG/IFC formats • Material, colour and furniture boards with product notes or equivalents • Two revision rounds after the first full draft A consistent design language, believable lighting and true-to-scale detailing will be the key acceptance criteria for sign-off.
