Modern 10x20 Atelier Office Design

About the project

I have a compact 10-by-20-foot atelier that I’m turning into a sleek, modern office. I need a complete interior concept that makes every square foot work hard without feeling cramped. The look should stay firmly in the Modern camp—clean lines, neutral tones with a few bold accents, smart lighting, and a polished but welcoming vibe. Core functional goal The space will serve as a day-to-day office, so the plan has to prioritise productivity and organisation. I’ll need: • A practical arrangement of two workstations with ergonomic desks and chairs. • Built-in or freestanding shelving and closed storage that keeps paperwork and equipment out of sight yet easy to grab. I’m open to creative multi-use ideas (a fold-down whiteboard, hidden printer cabinet, etc.) as long as the aesthetic remains streamlined. What I’d like to receive 1. Scaled layout drawings showing furniture placement, circulation, and power/data points. 2. Mood board with materials, colour palette, and reference images. 3. 3D visualisations or renders that give a clear sense of volume and lighting. 4. A concise furniture and finishes list with retail sources or custom specs. 5. Wiring diagram Preferred tools SketchUp, use whatever you’re fastest with, as long as files export cleanly to PDF and JPG for review. Acceptance check I’ll sign off once the layout accommodates two workstations comfortably, storage is integrated, and the visuals reflect the modern style we discussed.
