About the project

I need a seasoned Revit professional who can transform terrestrial laser scans into precise LOD 300 as-built models and companion AutoCAD drawings. The assignment is fully remote, part-time, and centres on architectural details only—walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, and trim must read accurately against the point cloud. You will start from cleaned terrestrial laser data (already registered), import it into Revit, and develop a model that conforms to our BIM Execution Plan. Once the model is complete, produce coordinated 2D sheets in AutoCAD for record and permit use. A deviation of no more than ±10 mm from the cloud is expected, and file naming, families, and view organisation must follow our in-house standards, which I will share at kickoff. To move forward, send me: • Your resume • Two or more sample Scan-to-BIM projects you delivered • Your hourly rate in USD • Your total years of Scan-to-BIM experience (minimum three) If your background shows solid Revit and AutoCAD mastery, plus a track record of delivering LOD 300 architectural models from terrestrial scans, I’d like to collaborate with you on a steady stream of as-built work.
