About the project
I need a structural, MEP, and rendering freelancer/team to support a small 2-story residential project in Prampram, Ghana. The project uses container-based construction with chilled water HVAC, distributed fan coil units, solar PV with battery backup, phased domestic water, plumbing, drainage, and coastal corrosion protection requirements. Scope includes developing coordinated construction drawings and design support for structural pads/supports, wall penetrations, water tank support, PV racking coordination, chilled water piping, fan coil schedules, electrical load calculation, one-line diagram, plumbing routing, equipment schedules, outline specifications, and 3D renderings. The freelancer must be comfortable working from an architectural package, coordinating with room numbers/sheet references, and producing clear CAD/Revit drawings suitable for engineering review. Final work must account for hot-humid coastal Ghana conditions, humidity control, salt-air exposure, coated condenser coils, stainless hardware, NEMA/IP-rated electrical equipment, and maintainable service access. Deliverables needed: structural sheets, MEP sheets, load/equipment schedules, outline specs, and high-resolution exterior/interior renderings. Please provide examples of similar residential MEP, structural, or rendering work. I will provide preliminary architectural drawings, schematic design (SD) drawings, and other useful design information, assumptions, markups, and reference material to support the freelancer’s work and coordination.
