Project Description – 2D, 3D & Promotional Video for Land Development I am looking for an experienced designer who can create 2D site plans, realistic 3D visualizations, and a promotional video for a land development project. The project involves subdividing a large parcel of land into: Residential house plots Commercial plots Internal roads Common infrastructure and landscaping (if applicable) I can provide the following materials: Land survey drawings PDF Contour survey plan with elevation and earthwork information (PDF/DWG) Drone (aerial) video footage Google Street View location Site photographs Additional measurements and planning requirements Expected Deliverables: Professional 2D master plan Realistic 3D master plan and aerial views High-quality rendered images Animated walkthrough/flyover video (30–120 seconds) Source files and final editable files The final design should look like a modern residential community and be suitable for marketing, sales, investor presentations, and online advertising. Please include examples of similar land development, subdivision, or real estate visualization projects in your proposal.
