What must happen • Conduct targeted supplier research through channels such as Alibaba, Made-in-China, Canton Fair directories, and proven on-ground contacts. • Deliver a vetted shortlist that includes each factory’s core products (electronic, printed, 3D or other sign types), recent export clients, relevant certifications (ISO, CE, UL where applicable), indicative pricing, minimum order quantities, production lead times, and contact details for an English-speaking sales manager. • Provide a brief risk assessment covering quality control history and financial stability for every recommended supplier. Acceptance criteria 1. A minimum of three fully verified manufacturers located in Mainland China. 2. All data presented in an editable spreadsheet plus scanned certifications. 3. Verification call or video evidence confirming that every supplier can meet our average monthly volume. Once the shortlist passes internal review we will take over price talks and shipping arrangements, so the scope ends with accurate, reliable supplier intel. Timetable for the first draft list is seven calendar days from award.
