Restaurant Interior Design with VR Rendering

About the project

Interior Design For A Restaurant I am looking for an interior designer to work on my new restaurant concept. Please note the following: 1. Total building area is about 4,000 s.f., including dining rooms, kitchen, walk-in cooler and freezer, and restrooms. This project will mainly involve in the redesign of the dining room area and the restrooms. 2. The designer must prepare a 3D virtural reality rendering/presentation to allow the viewer to see 360 degree view of the space. 3. A detailed construction plan, including the lighting plan and ceiling plan must be provided. The plan must be in for form of CAT and PDF so my local architect can incorporate the plan in the final plan for permit. My local architect will handle the plumbing plan. 4. A Chef's Table will be created. This is going to be an U-Shape counter seats connecting to the kitchen. The chefs will be cooking from the middle island of the U-Shape space and will service dishes directly to the customers. 5. We also would like to create three (3) private dining rooms. Each room will be big enough to accommodate 10 people with a round table setup. Inside the room, there will be a coat closet, and a service station allowing the server to place dishes and drinks on top. On the wall of the service station, please allow space for a 50" TV for presentation. 6. Please also incorporate an area in the dining room to setup a small buffet station for parties. 7. The reception area must incorporate a waiting area with a few seats and a coat room. 8. The main color tone can be black, red and gold. 9. We will use Wood floor.
