About the project
I need a fresh, modern interior concept for my office that will impress visiting clients the moment they walk in. The layout should flow toward a subtle reception point, but the core focus is a comfortable seating area with clean lines, quality upholstery, and a configuration that encourages relaxed yet professional conversation. I will provide room dimensions, photos, and any technical constraints as soon as we start. In return, please deliver: • A scaled floor-plan with furniture placement • Two mood boards and colour palettes • Photorealistic 3D renders of key views • A detailed materials & furniture specification sheet, using items that can be sourced locally or shipped easily • Editable source files in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit, plus a consolidated PDF package If you have a portfolio of client-facing office spaces in a modern style, share a few examples and let me know how quickly you can supply initial concepts.
