Corporate CAD & Evacuation Plan
USD 250–750
About the project
I need a clear, up-to-date CAD drawing that shows our entire corporate footprint—every floor, each main office area, and the common spaces such as lobbies and kitchens. Once the base layout is in place, I’d like a fully integrated emergency evacuation plan added on top of it. Key items that must appear on the plan are the designated exit routes, assembly points, all fire-extinguisher locations, and the marked store shelter. Please organise these layers so I can turn individual features on or off for printing or digital display. I’m open to your recommendation on 2D versus 3D output; accuracy and clarity are my priorities. You may work in AutoCAD, Revit, or another professional drafting tool—just be sure the final files arrive in editable DWG (or equivalent) plus a clean PDF ready for wall posters and employee handbooks. Deliverables • Scaled CAD file of the full layout, properly layered • Evacuation overlays showing exit routes, assembly points, fire-extinguisher icons, and store-shelter marking • High-resolution PDF suitable for print and digital signage • Simple legend and colour key embedded in the drawing I will supply any existing floor plans or measurements the moment we start; you handle the drafting, smart layering, and visual polish so the finished plan is easy for every employee to understand at a glance.
