Modern Event Props Fabrication
USD 5000–500000
About the project
I’m gearing up for a series of large-scale corporate and private events across Las Vegas and the Scottsdale/Phoenix corridor and need a partner who can design, fabricate, and install custom décor and prop pieces. The look is decidedly modern and sleek—think clean lines, sharp angles, and high-gloss finishes—so experience working primarily with plastic and acrylic is essential. You’ll take a concept brief or rough sketch and turn it into tangible, show-ready elements: statement entrance pieces, branded photo ops, eye-catching centerpieces, or any other feature that elevates an event space. I have in-house production capabilities for metal, wood, and basic scenic work, but I’m looking for someone who can push the limits of plastic forming, CNC routing, laser cutting, and seamless paint or vinyl finishing. Solid CAD skills (AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar) and rendering ability for client approvals will help us move quickly through approvals. Typical workflow: • Collaborate on initial concept, measurements, and material specs • Provide 3D mock-ups and production drawings for sign-off • Fabricate and finish pieces in your shop (or mine if you’re local) • Deliver and, when required, install on-site within tight event timelines Most gigs run on a two- to three-week turnaround, with installation windows that often hit overnight. Reliability, clear communication, and an eye for flawless details are critical. If you’ve built acrylic or plastic décor for trade shows, pop-ups, or experiential activations, you’ll feel right at home. Send a portfolio of relevant projects, your preferred fabrication process, and a brief note on how you handle rapid revisions. Let’s create installations that stand out on any Las Vegas Strip ballroom or Scottsdale resort lawn.
