AutoCAD Mechanical 2D/3D Drafting Project -- 2
hr INR 100–400
About the project
I have a steady flow of mechanical components and assemblies that need to be translated into precise AutoCAD files. For every job, I will supply either rough hand sketches, PDFs, or existing DWG files. Your task is to turn these inputs into production-ready drawings—both 2D layouts and 3D models—complete with all critical dimensions and tolerances. Most drawings will move straight from your desk to the fabrication shop, so accuracy and clear detailing are non-negotiable. When I hand over an existing drawing, be prepared to tackle anything from a quick typo fix to a full redesign. Speed matters, but correctness matters more. Deliverables for each assignment • Native DWG (saved in AutoCAD Mechanical) • PDF plot set • STEP or STL when a 3D model is created • A short change log noting any major revisions I work iteratively: you send a first pass, I mark it up, and we loop once or twice until everything is right. If this workflow fits your style and you are confident in mechanical drafting best practices—including proper layer usage, GD&T, and clean, well-organized model space—let’s get started.
