Apartment Floor Plan Design – 250 sqm I am looking for an experienced architect or interior designer to create a modern, elegant, and highly functional floor plan for my apartment. Apartment Details * Total area: 250 square meters * Dimensions: * Length: 25 meters * Width: 12.5 meters Requirements 1. Master Suite (Large) I would like a spacious and luxurious master suite with the following layout: * A private sitting/lounge area at the entrance. * From the lounge, there should be access to: * A walk-in closet. * A private bathroom. * After passing through the lounge area, you enter the master bedroom. * The suite should provide maximum privacy and feel like a private retreat. 2. Additional Bedrooms * 3 bedrooms. * Each bedroom must have its own private en-suite bathroom. 3. Kitchen * One small closed kitchen (not open-plan). 4. Open Living Area * A large open living room with an open layout (no partitions). * A nearby guest bathroom (powder room). 5. Home Office * A small private office. * The office should also have its own private bathroom. Design Style I prefer a modern, elegant, and luxurious design with: * Excellent space planning. * Minimal wasted hallway space. * Comfortable circulation throughout the apartment. * Good privacy between the master suite and the rest of the apartment. * Spacious, practical, and well-balanced room proportions. Deliverables * 2D floor plan. * Furniture layout. * Room dimensions. * Please provide at least 2–3 different layout concepts before finalizing the design. * If possible, a simple 3D concept or visualization would be appreciated. The design must be original and created specifically for my apartment. * I expect a custom layout based on my requirements, not a generic AI-generated floor plan. * I may request revisions and explanations for design decisions before approving the final work. Please share examples of similar apartment floor plans you have designed.
