About the project
I’m refreshing my apartment in Riyadh and want a cohesive, Modern look carried through the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. I gravitate toward calm, neutral tones—think layered whites, taupe, and soft greys—paired with clean lines and understated textures that respect the region’s climate and lighting. Here’s what I need from you: • A complete concept for each of the three spaces, starting with mood boards that translate my Modern preference into furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories. • Scaled floor plans and elevations that solve layout, circulation, and storage while making the most of the existing footprint. • High-quality 3D visualizations so I can see how the neutral palette and proposed materials will feel in real light. • A concise specification sheet listing furniture, fixtures, and materials that are readily available (or easily shipped) to Riyadh. If you normally work in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit, please let me know; I’m comfortable reviewing files in any of those formats.
