Interactive 3D Home Visualization
GBP 20–250
About the project
I have a full set of architectural floor plans for my renovation and I’d like to see exactly how every space will come together before construction begins. The scope covers the entire house—living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and any transitional zones. What I’m after is an interactive 3-D model that lets me move through the rooms, orbit around furniture, and get a real feel for scale and flow. Think of something I can open on a desktop or tablet, click to change viewpoints, and even take still shots from different angles when needed. Static renders alone won’t be enough; I need true interactivity. Level of detail: furniture, built-ins, and key fixtures should all be present so I can judge layout decisions. Textures can stay simple, but finishes must be clear enough to convey a clean modern style—sleek cabinetry, neutral palettes, and minimal ornamentation. I will supply: • PDF and DWG floor plans • Reference images that capture my preferred modern look • A quick list of must-keep furniture pieces You will deliver: • An editable 3-D file (SketchUp, Blender, or similar) • A standalone viewer/export (WebGL, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar) that runs on Windows/macOS without extra licenses • Four to six high-resolution still renders for easy sharing • Short screen-recorded walkthrough (MP4) demonstrating navigation controls Acceptance criteria 1. Accurate room dimensions match my plans. 2. All key furniture and fixtures placed; proportions feel realistic. 3. Modern aesthetic is obvious in materials, colors, and lighting. 4. Navigation is smooth on a mid-range laptop. If adjustments are required after the first draft—such as moving a wall or swapping a finish—I’ll provide consolidated feedback, and we’ll iterate once more to finalize. Ready to see my future home come alive? Let’s get started.
