About the project

I need a compact FR4 board that accepts a universal 85 – 265 VAC input and continuously supplies two regulated rails: 5 V DC and 12 V DC (each capable of up to 1 A). The 12 V line must terminate in generously sized through-hole pads so I can solder external wires with ease; the 5 V rail will power onboard logic. Lighting is handled by five SM1206-395-IL UV LEDs from Bivar. Three sit on the main board, while the other two reside on small right-angle daughter PCBs soldered perpendicular to the base board. This is for an industrial environment, so please favour robust component choices, but I do not require formal UL or CE certification. Every part should be readily sourced from major Indian distributors such as Mouser India, Element14 India, or local vendors like Robu and MD Components. Deliverables • Complete, error-free schematic (preferably in KiCad or Altium) • Routed PCB layout with clear silkscreen labelling and 90-degree LED sub-boards included • Production files: Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place, and 3D step models • Bill of Materials with Indian part numbers, links, and current stock status • Brief design report outlining component selection, thermal considerations, and isolation strategy I’ll review by loading files into my viewer, ordering a quick prototype locally, and verifying the rails stay within ±5 % of target voltage under a 1 A load. If you’re comfortable designing compact offline supplies and can keep the parts list local-friendly, I’m ready to get started right away.
