I need photo-realistic 3D interior renders—nothing more, nothing less—for the first-floor 2 BHK house of roughly 80 gaz. I will forward the exact floor plan and room dimensions once we agree to move ahead. Scope of work • Living room: a clean Scandinavian vibe that still feels plush and welcoming. • Master bedroom: visuals must evoke a calm, relaxing retreat. • Second bedroom: modern yet space-saving. • Modular kitchen: showcase the latest modern appliances first, then build the rest of the concept around them. • Two bathrooms, balcony, plus false-ceiling concepts with LED mood lighting throughout. • Custom TV unit, wardrobes, beds with side tables, and other space-saving furniture. • Cohesive modern colour palette and material callouts in every view. Deliverables 1. High-resolution, realistic renders of each room from multiple angles (minimum two per space). 2. Detailed furniture, lighting, material, and colour suggestions visible in the visuals. 3. Source files or layered scenes so minor tweaks can be made before final approval. Acceptance criteria • Realism: lighting, textures, and reflections should hold up under close zoom. • Consistency: colour scheme and trim details must match across rooms. • Scandinavian living room style, calm master bedroom mood, and kitchen centred on modern appliances are non-negotiable. This is a low-budget project, so please quote your most competitive price along with a timeline for draft and final images.
