About the project
I need a set of photorealistic 3D renderings that capture an exclusive retail store in a refined industrial style. Think exposed steel, polished concrete, and statement lighting brought to life with cinematic realism. Scope • Model the full store environment from my CAD/SketchUp layout (I’ll share once we start). • Apply industrial-grade materials and textures that feel premium rather than rugged. • Light the scene for both day and dramatic evening moods. • Deliver a handful of hero perspectives plus a few focused close-ups that highlight finishes and key merchandising zones. Deliverables 1. High-resolution stills (minimum 4K) in JPG or PNG. 2. Source file in the native software you use (3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, SketchUp + Enscape, etc.). 3. One round of refinements after I review the first draft. Acceptance Criteria • Materials, scale, and proportions match the supplied references exactly. • Lighting is balanced—no blown highlights or murky shadows. • Final images are crisp, noise-free, and ready for client presentation. Please emphasise your relevant experience with store or retail interior renders when you reply; sample images or a quick link to past work are enough—I’m selecting on proven skill rather than long proposals.
