About the project
I'm seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to assist with the prototyping phase of a product design project. The prototype will be created using 3D printing. Key Requirements: - Experience in product design and development. Design a professional enclosure/casing for an IoT classroom device comprising a Raspberry Pi, NRF module, and custom PCB. The enclosure should be compact, aesthetically pleasing, easy to assemble, and suitable for wall or desk mounting. It should accommodate all ports, provide proper ventilation, and be designed for initial 3D printing with future injection molding production in mind. Deliverables: 3D CAD model (SolidWorks/Fusion 360), STEP, STL, and manufacturing-ready files. Experience in consumer electronics or IoT enclosure design is preferred.
