Plantroom 3D Model for Analysis
hr GBP 36
About the project
I need an accurate, fully-detailed 3D model of a mechanical plantroom so my engineering team can run design analysis and clash checks before construction starts. You will receive cleaned-up CAD drawings that show equipment locations, pipe and duct routes, and structural grids; your task is to translate those into a coordinated 3D environment. Scope • Model every item shown on the CADs—major plant, pipework, ducts, valves, supports, cable trays, and access clearances. • Maintain correct dimensions and levels; the model must be ready for interference detection and load studies. • Native file (Revit, SolidWorks, or similar) plus IFC or NWD export for wider team review. Acceptance Criteria • All objects placed within ±5 mm of CAD reference. • Layering/naming follows the sheets provided. • No missing penetrations or fittings when the model is sliced at any level. • Final files open without errors and allow sectioning, measurement, and clash testing. Please include a link or attachment that shows comparable plantroom or MEP 3D work you have completed; past work is the key factor in my selection. If you have questions about the CAD set or preferred software versions, message me and I’ll clarify right away.
