About the project
I’m ready to transform my office into a sleek, modern workspace dedicated to focused work and study. The room currently feels dated and under-utilised; I’d like a designer who can rethink the layout for ergonomics, introduce a clean colour palette, specify contemporary furnishings, and layer in lighting that supports long hours at the desk without glare. A clear deliverable set will help us keep momentum: • Mood board and colour palette reflecting a modern aesthetic • Scaled floor plan showing furniture placement and circulation • 3D visualisations or realistic renders so I can approve the concept with confidence • Detailed shopping list (furniture, lighting, finishes, décor) with dimensions and sources available in my region • Styling guide for final setup I’ll supply existing measurements, photos, and any brand guidelines as soon as we start. Files in PDF and editable formats (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) are preferred so I can hand them to contractors if needed. Please share a concise portfolio link that shows at least one modern office or similarly styled project, along with an estimated timeline for the concept stage and revisions.
