About the project

I am preparing to fit out a newly built, three-storey villa and need a complete interior design package that fuses modern lines with a distinctive Middle Eastern character. The brief covers every major zone of the house—living room, kitchen, all bedrooms, and even the key outdoor lounging areas—so you will be shaping the look and feel of the entire property. For the living room I want a calm, restful atmosphere; the space should invite relaxation and comfort first, while still echoing the overall contemporary-Arabic aesthetic. Think layered textures, warm neutrals punctuated by statement regional pieces, and lighting that can switch from soft evening ambience to brighter daylight functionality. The kitchen must flow visually from the living area, carrying the same modern-Middle Eastern language in its finishes and detailing. Bedrooms should feel boutique-hotel-luxurious yet personal, with the top-floor suite enjoying a slightly more opulent touch. Outdoors, I envision intimate terraces and a roof-garden lounge that effortlessly extend the interior style into the open air. What I will need from you: mood boards to set the visual direction, scaled floor and furniture plans, 3D renders (or walkthroughs if you prefer), and a concise materials/fixtures schedule that I can hand straight to my contractor. All drawings should be ready for construction, coordinated across the villa’s three levels, and delivered in both native design files and PDFs. Once shortlisted I can share CAD files, photos, and the exact room measurements so we can finalise the scope and milestones together.
