I already have the essentials in place—draft letters, a short video presentation, high-resolution 3D renderings and all contact details for one or two target firms. Where I’m stuck is polishing everything and getting it out the door in a way that feels truly executive-level. Here’s what I need from you: • Edit and proofread the existing letters so the language is crisp, error-free and consistently formal and professional. • Re-format the documents and create a unified, polished layout. Think clean typography, a subtle letterhead and logical placement of links or QR codes that point to the video. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or a well-styled Word template—use whatever tool gives the best result. • Produce a print-ready package: letters on quality stationery, colour printouts of the key renderings, and any supporting one-pagers neatly collated. • Assemble, address and physically mail the final package to the specified firms, using tracked postage so I can confirm delivery. I’ll supply: – Word copies of the letters – The video file (or link) – 3D rendering images – Full recipient addresses and any branding assets I already have Acceptance criteria: the letters arrive without typos, the layout aligns across all pages, the presentation feels cohesive and high-end, and I receive tracking numbers once the packages are dispatched. If you’re comfortable taking a draft from “almost done” to “landed on their desk,” I’d love to work together.
