About the project
I’m putting together a fully-immersive presentation for a new rustic-themed farmhouse that includes an adjacent EV charging station, and I need both a 3D and a 2D walkthrough that feel cohesive and ready to show investors. Scope • 3D walkthrough: a fluid, camera-guided tour covering the entire farmhouse interior, the exterior landscaping, and the dedicated EV charging zone. • 2D walkthrough / animated plan view: a complementary sequence that highlights circulation paths, furniture placement, and the charging bay layout. What I’ll provide: the site dimensions, rough sketches, and reference images for the rustic aesthetic (think natural timber, warm textures, earthy palettes). What I’m looking for from you: • Accurate modeling of all spaces, fixtures, and outdoor elements. • Texturing and lighting that emphasise the rustic style, yet keeps the EV station visually integrated. • Final outputs in HD video (MP4 or MOV) for the 3D tour, plus a high-resolution MP4 or GIF for the 2D sequence, along with still renders and the native model files.
