Modern Chalet Garden & Pool Makeover

About the project

My chalet’s current outdoor space needs a complete, modern-style transformation that combines elegance with practical leisure. The core of the project is threefold: 1. Redesign the entire garden footprint so the layout flows seamlessly from the chalet to the new pool. 2. Integrate an overflow swimming pool that feels like a natural extension of the landscape while offering striking visual appeal. 3. Introduce a shaded seating area that complements the modern aesthetic and invites year-round relaxation. To keep the process clear, here is what I need delivered: • Concept sketch and mood board capturing the modern theme • Scaled site plan (AutoCAD or similar) detailing hard- and soft-scaping, pool placement, and drainage • 3D visualisations or renders (SketchUp / Lumion / Revit) illustrating daytime and evening ambience • Construction drawings for the overflow pool, including mechanical and structural details • Design package for the shaded seating structure (pergola or other modern solution), ready for my contractor • Planting palette that supports the clean, contemporary look and local climate requirements Acceptance criteria: the pool’s overflow edge must align with the main sightline from the chalet terrace; the seating area must provide at least 20 m² of shade without compromising the view; materials and planting selections must match the approved modern concept. Deliverables should be provided in the agreed file formats (DWG, PDF, and high-resolution images) with clear annotations so my build team can begin immediately after approval.
