I’m renovating a compact 6 × 7 ft space and need a clear, build-ready floor plan for a standard-layout bathroom. The drawing must place a toilet, a wall-mount sink, and a shower efficiently while preserving comfortable circulation. I want the arrangement to feel light and uncluttered, true to a minimalist style—think clean lines, simple fixtures, and no decorative excess. Here’s what I need from you: • A scaled, dimensioned plan view (PDF + source file such as DWG, DXF, or SketchUp). • Precise fixture locations with rough-in measurements and door swing noted. • Quick notation of recommended fixture sizes that suit the footprint. • One revision round to fine-tune clearances if needed. If you can also supply a basic 3D view to help me visualize proportions, that’s a bonus, but the detailed 2D layout is the critical deliverable. Accuracy and adherence to standard plumbing clearances are key.
