Thai Fast-Food Concept Design
USD 250–750
About the project
I’m fitting out a 200 m² Thai fast-food venue and need a full interior concept that fuses authentic Thai character with a clean contemporary edge. The space should feel lively and energetic from the moment guests walk in, encouraging quick turnover without sacrificing visual impact. Key elements to weave into the concept (all are must-haves): • Colorful decor and artwork that nods to Thai street culture • Interactive food display so guests can see dishes prepared in real time • Unique lighting features that double as sculptural focal points and mood setters What I expect from you 1. A zoning layout that optimises flow from ordering counter to seating and takeaway pick-up. 2. Mood boards showing materials, colour palette, furniture and decorative accents. 3. Detailed lighting plan highlighting feature fixtures, task lighting for prep areas and ambient layers. 4. 3D visualisations or rendered walkthroughs that let me and my investors “walk” the space before build-out. 5. Annotated drawings suitable for contractors (floor plan, reflected ceiling, basic MEP indications). 6. A concise spec sheet identifying key finishes, furniture pieces and artwork sources—balanced between Thai authenticity and modern durability. Tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar are welcome; high-resolution outputs are required for presentation. If you have restaurant experience, especially with open-kitchen or fast-casual concepts, please mention it and include portfolio samples. Timeline is flexible but I’d like first drafts within two weeks of award and final package shortly after we iterate. Let me know how you plan to tackle the brief, and any questions you have about measurements or operational flow.
