About the project
I’m looking for a SketchUp specialist who can turn my clubhouse concept into polished, photo-ready interior visuals. The space needs to read as distinctly modern—clean lines, balanced lighting, and a contemporary palette that highlights the architecture without feeling sterile. You’ll start from my existing floor plan and reference images (I’ll share them once we kick off) and build the full 3D model in Google SketchUp. From there, I need high-resolution, interior-focused renderings that capture the main gathering zone, the bar/lounge corner, and a flexible seating area. Natural daylight, realistic material reflections, and subtle accent lighting are key; the goal is imagery I can present straight to stakeholders without extra post-production. Deliverables expected: • .skp file with all layers and textures intact • 3–5 final rendered JPEG/PNG images at 4K resolution • The lighting and material settings so I can tweak them later if needed If you prefer V-Ray, Enscape, or another plugin for the final output, that’s completely fine as long as the raw SketchUp model remains fully editable.
